⭐Holiday Gift⭐ 'Divine Cranberry Chutney'

fresh& slightly tart concoction
goes with just about evrything&..evryone
for breakfast on toast,
w roasted turkey or game
on top of yoghurt ..

place in food processor:
orange peel shavings of 3 oranges
run t'ill smooth w tble spoon of honey
w foodprocessor running add
2 bags of fresh cranberries & roughly 'pulverize'
add 1 1/2 pound walnut halves..then
add cut up wedges of the 3 oranges
till 'pesto-like' consistency forms
sweeten to taste with
8 oz honey..
done:
transfer to container in fridge:
fab flavor will continue to devellop!

Pumpkin Poffertjes for Cocktail hour

prepare Poffertjes Batter..
ratio: 2/3
to mashed up pumpkin+ sweetpotato
1/3
let it rest for an hour or longer in fridge.
cook till golden on both sides,
carefully slice open:
add 1 teasp 'wasabi cream'
top w 1/2 teasp wasabi tobiko:
Super yum.. w chilled glass of Sake
