'Egg Salad' recipe
4 hard boiled eggs & grated
4 tbsp of home made mayo
1 tsp of salt
2 scallions julienned
1 stalk of celery finely chopped
1 heaping tbsp Wasabi Tobiko
& 'fold' together ...ready to eat
