Savory Bread Pudding

4 Cups Cubed Whole Wheat Challah
8 ounces Grated Aged Gouda
4 Eggs and mix with
2 cups Milk or Half&half then add
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Thyme:
butter or grease 8" cast iron skillet:
line & layer bread cubes w cheese
pour 'eggs thyme salt milk mix' on top
preheat oven to 350 degrees
bake for 20 min 'till crust s golden ..
serve w tomato salad
