mayonaise

& how t simply prepare
Very Important: Evrything
Needs t b room temperature
1 whole organic egg
1 tbsp squeezed lemon juice
1/2 cup olive or grapeseed oil
1 pinch salt
whisk whole egg ,I use stickblender
add lemonjuice
till its frothy ..then very slowly
pour in the oil
incorporating /whisking
till 'ribbon' forms ..then
flavor w salt, chopped up fresh herbs
harissa , currie etc: endless variations
