&'Rice cooked twice' ofcourse for desert:
'Linzertorte w Schlag'..!!

Sunflower salad

Part of Artichoke family...high in
Anti oxidants: pull Bibb lettuce and
Chrysanthemum leaves together,
Drizzle drops balsamic reduction +sunflower oil
Toss: sprinkle w toasted sunflower seeds& petals ..
serve each salad in the 'cup' of a Sunflower
