Boil water w some salt
Cook spaghettini till al dente:
Drain, add big pat o butter
Let it melt..
Whisk in
Mentaiko (japanese spicy cod roe=
in Italian 'Bottarga' )
Add chopped chives or
Thinly sliced scallions
&
Ready
